CONDITIONS OF HIRE

1. Lettings are deemed to commence at 2.00pm on the day of arrival and cease at 9.00am
....on the day of departure.

2. LISKEY HILL CARAVANS - The key must be collected by 8.00pm . Arrangements can be made.for late arrivals.Please phone if arriving late
....

3. The Management reserves the right to decline acceptance or to expel any visitor for conduct detrimental ,,,,to the site or the comfort of other visitors.

4. We reserve the right to re-let the caravan if not claimed by 8.00pm on the day of arrival unless ,,,,prior arrangements for late arrival have been made.

5. The owner is relieved from responsibility should the accommodation not be available due to circumstances ....beyond his control, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full. The owner cannot be held liable for any personal injury or loss or damage to personal property.

6. Bookings are not transferable and the Caravan must not be occupied by any persons other than ,those stated on the booking form. Any alteration must be by prior notification and agreed by the owner.

7. Failure to take up occupancy once a booking has been made and confirmed with a deposit does not relieve the hirer from ....His/Her liability for the FULL BALANCE unless prior cancellation has been made, confirmed and .received in writing by the owner at least 4 weeks prior, AND that the owner has been successful in re-letting the property for the period in question.

8. Dogs are permitted in most caravans , Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on the Parks, excercised "Off Site", and any fouling ....of the Parks MUST be cleared and cleaned immediately by the owner or person in charge of the animal when ....the fouling occurs. At no time should dogs be left unattended inside the caravan and neither should they be allowed on beds or furniture. If any flea infestation occurs as a result of occupation, the.person who .made the booking will be held responsible for all costs incurred for extermination and any loss of income.

9. Deposits paid when making a booking are not refundable.

10. Balance of monies due must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to date of proposed occupation. If balance is not .paid at least 4 weeks prior to proposed date of occupation, and no notice is given, the caravan will be made available for re-letting.

11. An additional cheque in the amount of £30.00 will be required as "Sign of Good Faith" that the premises will be left in the same good condition as it was when you took up occupancy. This cheque will be destroyed .after you leave if this condition has been met.
